I show my faith by what I do.                  - James 2:18

By our Baptism, each of us is called to service. We thank God for the many graces and blessings that we have received by using our time and our talents--our varied skills and abilities--to serve Him by serving one another. Through our many ministries and organizations, Our Lady of Lourdes parish invites you to open your hearts, share your blessings, and be an active part of our vibrant faith community.

Each of us has been blessed with a unique combination of gifts that includes not only our talents, but also our personality type, our interests and motivations, our life experiences, and our hopes and dreams. These gifts are meant to be used for others. If we reflect prayerfully on our gifts, we may discover that we are called to do something special, something no one else can do because no one else has been given that same gift package.

It is not always easy to recognize and acknowledge our gifts. Perhaps the list of ministries and groups listed will help you to discover an opportunity that matches your unique gifts and enable you to give as you have been given.
